We will provide you with a free, no-obligation estate evaluation and consultation. Just a sampling of the services includes:

  • All of the necessary equipment to set up your sale, including tables, clothing racks, signs, and more.
  • Taking care of emptying all of the storage areas, cabinets, closets, dressers, and taking care of the attic, garage, basement, and shed – including the organization of all items into the appropriate categories.
  • The setup of all display areas, including price tags, to provide a smooth flow of traffic throughout the property during the sale.
  • Advertising to help promote your internet sale or estate sale – this includes ads in the local classifieds as well as Craigslist and other sale sites. We can also provide brightly colored signage in your area to direct traffic.
  • All sales managed by our trained staff – we take care of collecting proceeds via cash, debit, and credit.
  • Taking care of all post-sale clean-outs. All of the leftover items are boxed up and then delivered to local charities. Once the funds from the proceeds are cleared through our bank, we will take out the expenses and fees, and then we pay you the balance. We will give you all of the reports and receipts.
