For most of these sales, the public can come into the home or sales location to take a look at the items set out for purchase at a pre-determined price.
You will often find that there are many ways that estate sales are planned out. If an item is marked with a selling price, you can usually grab it and carry it around the sale with you until you are ready to pay. If the item is too large for you to carry, you may be able to have a SOLD sign put on it so that nobody else takes it. There are also instances when the items for the estate sale may be put up for auction, all depending on what the family decides.
